What time do we need to have the cars at the airport on Saturday?
When can we pick our cars up?

Not sure. The last I participated in this was two years ago. However, here's what I remember...

Saturday. Arrive before 8-ish. I think the gates to the tarmac are open earlier. But they're staging the cars for a while while coffee and croissants are served in the command hangar. Bring a paper. IIRC, the staging went on until, maybe, 10am. The show lasted for several hours, going to maybe 3pm-ish? There's judging and awards to get through. Bring a nice folding chair to sit out and get some rays (and sunblock), and some comfortable shoes (the tarmac's a pretty hard surface to be on for hours). After the show, many (all?) of the class winners were invited to a cocktail reception at the Westin in Avon (where they were all on display) until maybe 7 or 8pm-ish. I skedaddled around then, anyway.

Sunday. Again, IIRC, by 8am-ish. Although, perhaps 7am. The class winners were all invited to display. And, many others were also invited. IIRC, all F cars were invited. The cars are on display as long as you want to hang around, and people started departing around 1pm-ish, maybe. Again, lots of standing around, but, being in the village, there are plenty of diversions, good restaurants and shopping. You can hang around and answer questions or just leave the car unattended. Labor day weekend is a fairly big weekend with the farmer's market, the rubber duck race in the creek and just generally. So, expect a fairly sizable crowd. Lots of touchy kids, but there are marshalls around instructing people not to touch the cars. I had no damage to my car, the year I displayed, FYI. They are on display in the center of Vail (Bridge Street, Gore Creek Drive, Gondola 1, etc.).
