Do you have Bronco Bob's Chipotle Raspberry sauce out there? If so, you must pick up a bottle and try it with any jalapeno dish. BB's goes especially well with a jalapeno chicken dish that I invented...
They stand up pretty well on their own, though I do put a little brown sugar rub on the bacon wrapped around the jalapeno.
