    gotta think its a typo. I am betting they meant to put a "1" in front of those numbers. RM isn't known for selling trashed out cars. And it would have to be trashed in order to expect it to bring 50-75k.

    In the RM catalogue it states rebuilt title and the second owner made a note on the carfax that the damage was "severe"

    If you were going to keep the car FOREVER, 50k would not be a bad price.

    I'm surprised RM would touch something like that? They must be getting greedy. Supposedly the back half was ripped off in a crash.

    So why would somebody put that much money into a rebuild if the costs exceeded the resell value?

    We had a customer that trashed a gallardo and the fix was $65k. The gallardo was valued at $100k. It was amazing how many things were wrong with it. I'm sure they fixed it and its with a new owner :(


    Thank god we declined to take that job.
