    To celebrate the 50th birthday of the transaxle Porsches (924, 944, 968, 928) several Dutch, Belgian and German Porsche clubs will gather at Porsche Center Gelderland (PCG) in The Netherlands on September 14th. The meeting is open to any transaxle owner, not just club members.
    40 cars are entered so far (including my Strosek 928), but the goal is 150 cars.
    As a bonus a tour of the personal Porsche, VW and Audi collection of PCG owner Mark Wegh is included.
    So if you have a transaxle Porsche, please don´t hesitate to sign up your car! :)

    50 years... I remember when the 944 was introduced because I was in high school. A classmate whose father had passed used part of his inheritance to buy a new guards red one in 1985. That car, parked in the student parking lot, was the equivalent of taking Christie Brinkley to prom.
