    I forgot to add, F40 doesnt count as a 'normal' V8 since it is turboed.

    Then neither would a 288 GTO from the first post!

    Oh, and V8 = F40 in Black!
    V12 = 575 in Rosso Fiorano with the darker orangey-tan (SuperAmerica or 550 Barchetta would be nice, but that would break the budget!)

    Definitely a 360CS and 550, since we can't use turboed cars.

    Who says we can't use turbo cars? Some of Ferrari's best v8s are turbocharged.

    F40 definitely.
    then daytona coupe if you want classic or 550/575M if you want current.

    for me I have an f40. when the time comes to get a second I will probably want a convertible... but under you parameters I would get a 575M as my second car.

    But,... an f40 and a 360 spider can be had for just a touch over $500K. pretty nice combo if you can give up on the V12 idea

    Vintage V-12

    Millionare V-12s (Superamerica, Superfast, 365 California, etc.);

    V-8

    355, modern, pretty and cheap enough to stay within $500k budget and get a cool vintage 12.
