There were THREE of them at the Cavallino Classic. When my Internet service at home is fixed (I'm writing this at work), I'll post photos.
Has anyone ever tried putting the Lucas fuel injection like on a BB512LM on a regular BB512 or BB512i?
I'm not sure, but I suppose the Lucas FI has something to do with the increased HP of the BB512LM over the BB512 and it looks much cooler than the webers on the BB512i or Bosch FI on the BB512i.
Heres one that I have been working with. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
This is S/N 29507 owned by Mr. Schultz. It was originally delivered through Swiss dealer Garage Ruf to first owner Albert Obrist of Gstaad, Switzerland. This is the only 512 BB LM which has an additional central air outlet on the front lid, between the two large ones, close to the windshield. Easy to identify. After Obrist it was owned by Jon Masterson in Long Beach/CA.
And a couple more...
