I found another article. It helps when you have a scanner that actually works...

I have a stack of old car magazines that I got at a local thrift store for next to nothing. I will scope out all the Testarossa and Boxer related items and get them online for you all.

    Enjoy.

I opened my mouth to a broker when hunting for a Ford GT. He had just sold the GT and asked what if anything I might trade.

Said I might sell the BB, Viper GTS, or maybe the 512TR. He piped up, "I have a client looking for a 94 512TR" and that, as they say, was basically that. Next thing I knew, somebody picked the car up while at FoA getting a minor service and it was going on a truck. Didn't even get to tell it goodbye! Stupid I know, but we're car guys, so there.

Ended up getting a Ford GT about a month back. Still getting used to it.

The 512TR is heading to azmurcieV12's capable hands and collection in the Phillipines. I'm suggesting it is too wide for the roads there so he should sell it back to me at half price. Those negotiations have gone poorly. :)

You're so welcome. I know its going to a good home!

Biggest mistake I have made in a long time is selling my 1994 Black on Black 512TR (the right gearbox number) - moved north to the city and thought i would never drive it; while that may have been the case it is sort of like dumping bar refaeli bacause you are getting a vasectemy

Lewis, you sold yours too? Man, what were EITHER of us thinking? I'm half way looking for another 512TR now, which relates to....

It's a hoot and a half. Fast, smooth, so easy to drive and shift. Handles better than any car I have ever been in . I still find the claustrophobia a little off putting.

Honestly, still letting its true dynamic value build in my mind. I was so in love with the 512TR that this really is an adjustment. This article didn't help settle me a bit!

    How are you and yours?

Getting along with her awfully well ...I can honestly say it is the most incredible car i have owned, and have no regrets. Utterly reliable and a real Jekyll and Hyde character, easy to drive in a relaxed way, but an animal waiting to be let loose.
I think I have told you before, I had some mild mods fitted a few years ago, so it is now putting 620hp down at the wheels, and had a full exhaust system fitted which I bought from Stainless Works in Ohio. If you only do one thing to your GT, get rid of that huge factory muffler, it is too quiet, and it also blocks air circulation through the engine bay.
I have been looking at 512TR lately, and still love Boxers, even after owning two! I may take the plunge again, who knows, it depends on how things work out over the next 12 months, but truth be told, I hanker after a Diablo! The GT is staying with me though.
