I have a 1992 512 TR and I am having problems passing smog here in Los Angeles CA. I replace the O2 sensor with a recommended After Market Brand from the UK. I've had the 30k service done. I also replace the spark plug wires. The check engine lights no longer come on. My car is running a little Rich and is not in gross pollution status.

    Any ideas ?

The Fuel Pressure Regulators are Ok.

Post your results data (HC, CO, NOx) - that should give people an idea of where to start with diagnosing your car.

A 512 in proper order will pass by miles. There has to be a sizeable problem.

Post cat numbers have little meaning except to decide if it passes or fails. Your car should be running cleaner than that if it had no cats. A pre cat measurement might tell us something.

I check the Fuel Pressure Regulator and they don't seem to be leaking any fuel.
    * I notice on the driver side smells more like fuel than the left.
    * The driver side exhaust pipes seems to release more water( Gas) dunno etc.. than the left.

The O2 sensor, are after market but recommended from the Ferrari community. My Smog report say's I am using to much FUEL..

Should change to the Bosh O2 senors or is it another issue ?

I think the smell of fuel is coming from exhaust....
