Did a search but a bit dated and want to make sure all it is still accurate . So the fuse box calls for:

    8 x P/N 332014113 updated P/N 332019151
    5 x P/N 332204101 updated P/N 332204101
    4 x P/N 332014140 updated P/N 332019151 (same as above)
    2 x P/N 332015006 Same also on new plastic relay P/N V23134-M62-Y915

Also if accurate, any idea why Bosch used two different parts number for the same relay ? Old P/N 332014113 New P/N 332019151 and Old P/N 332014140 and New P/N 332019151

Different construction - the "old" relays have a metal outer case; the "new" relays have a plastic outer case. The tan and purple relays in this photo are the "new" plastic style:

PS You've lost a leading "0" off of those Bosch PNs -- e.g., should be 0332019151 (not 332019151). Using the complete Bosch PN will work better in searches for prior threads.

The conversion chart shows both metal (original) 113 and 140 now use the same relay 151

Yes, that is correct. I don't know the exact difference between the 113 and 140, but it's something subtle - they have the same terminals, max current rating, and function (note that they have the same schematic symbol on the outer case). My guess would be that it's something like the lifetime of the internal contacts at maximum current -- for example, the 113 is 20K cycles and the 140 is 30K cycles. I'm guessing that because my recollection is they used the 140 on the 348 and 512TR fuel pumps (which is a high current gizmo - but the F models using the even higher current CIS fuel pump use the 113 relay so I wouldn't be too worried about using the 151 in place of a 140).

See post #3 in this thread: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/bosch-fuel-injector-relay-cross-reference.175397/

There are newer alternative Bosch relays with flyback diodes internally which prolongs the life of switches by reducing contact arcing when turning off.
I can’t recall if those on your list have the diodes, I’d need to look them up...
