Check with www.hyper-flow.com IMO there is virtually no way for an emission testing station to check if the precats are actually working or not (i.e., a "hollowed-out" precat shouldn't cause you any emission testing difficulty) since they don't test the "cold-running" emissions.
Thanks for the link but not help on the 512TR, yet. I am hoping someone has an old exhaust system with the Cat still on it.
