    Hi,

Noticed a while ago that my clock in the 512TR starts to run really fast, as in, the minute hand is visually moving fast (a bit faster than the seconds hand).
If I fiddle with the knob that sets the time, I can eventually get it to run properly, until I start the car up again.

Are these clocks easy to get into? Anyone seen this sort of behaviour before?
Sounds to me the gears internally are not meshing properly.

The clock on my 208 does a similar thing, the hour hand moves at the same speed at the minute hand.

At least yours runs. Mine probably came from the factory in 1972 broken, just like it is today.

Sounds like the clock in my Fiat 124. I even bought a new one 18years ago, and it never ran either.

    Such is life :)

for the 246, you may find it's just been un plugged. The white wire is easy to see once the panel is loosened. it drains the battery is is often disconnected.
