    Hi
    HAVE just changed Rear wheel Bearing on my 512TR
    price from Ferrari was in excess of £800 found out that Maserati 4200 was the same
    Bearing and cost a lot less MIKE

    Indeed, have heard that before too Mike.

    Pitty I was not aware of this 2 years ago, payed $ 1000 for this repair ...

    Can you publish both the F and the M numbers here please + prices?

    Did you install the bearing yourself... it is not much work ...> the 4 screws work fine ... :)

    Does anybody know if that is also possible for the front bearings 512TR ?

    Great Mike ... I hope lots of 512TR/M owners take note of your info !

    It will save a lot of money this way ...

    Does anybody know if that is also possible for the front bearings 512TR ? :)

    Sorry to resurrect this old thread, but I have to replace the right side rear wheel bearing on my 512TR. What is meant by "the 4 screws"? Are there any special tools needed or hints/procedures that make this repair easier?
