Kingsborne gets them from Italy, they do not stock them. I don't know the quality but they are about $1300. If they are any good that is a deal. Ferrari price is over 4 grand. 512 TR wires have been a very expensive proposition even when the cars were still in production.
I've heard you can easily make your own but be careful not to use copper due to the required resistance. I tried to search the blog but couldn't find it.
