Went to have a test-drive in 512TR today and it was awesome.
It really something much the opposite of my 328 GTS, the clutch is a wee bit heavier, nice roomy inside for a 6' 2" like myself, aggressive acceleration, brakes are great, visibility is not a problem, a bit wider body so need to get used to, very assuring tight set-up.
The overall experience is great to sum it up.
There is one problem really, CONVINCING THE WIFE!!!!!

Tell her the AC is better, it has ABS brakes, its newer so less maintenance, it has a nice mirror in the glove box for applying make up, it has more luggage space :) & its roomier inside

Well, it only has ABS brakes if it's a 1994 model 512TR. (Right?)

P'Jaturon.....It's more civilize than the 328 for sure. I really think your wife will love it much more than the 328 krub. Better ride (don't you think), roomier, better AC, newer car....just like everyone else is saying.

And I think you should show her that mirror in the glove box, if she hasn't seen it before, she will fall for it...he he.

I agree with you that conclusively 512TR is better than 328 overall. The thing here is that 328 is my dream car and I have just got it so would want to enjoy and cherish it so not a chance yet of trading it.
Another dilemma here is that I only have space at the house for 4 cars and currently there are only so I can add one more but 512 is too wide a body to fit.
I am really thinking hard here what to do.

I don't understand, it sounds like the 512 is not even a possibility then if it won't fit in the garage.

I must admit that i did not explain too clearly.
It is a possibility but then many things need to be alter.
My wife was pleased for me and very supportive when I got my dream 328. I can get 512 and park it in the garage with 328 and a Merc side by side then move family MPV Toyota Alphard to a parking space at the condo next to my house.
This would be cumbersome as the MPV will have to be fetched every morning and it will trigger off my wife.
I want to continue this loving relationship between the wife and Ferrari as they seem to get on well together so don't want her to blame this troublesome chore on the new Ferrari.

I think I have to start feeding information little by little regarding this 512.
