    The new parts are back in stock so I can resume visor repair again.

    This is a permanent fix, you should have no more drooping visors. I have done about 100 visors now with a 100% success rate.

    Although usually it is the passenger side that droops because of the hollow tube for the mirror light wires some, and I don't know which, have a hollow tube in the driver's side as well. These will eventually fail if the visor is used.
