    is there a source for a rebuilt unit and/or a source for a rebuild kit? are all the compressors on the 550's the same? thanks

    Just contacted a-aironline, they have quoted me $250 for repair and rebuild.
    Alternative rebuilder is polarbearinc.com at $389.

    Just saw this. Our "rebuild" is all new pistons, rods & cylinders. We reclaim the froint and rear housing, pulley and and coil. The rest is new.
