    Been away from the forum for awhile. I have a 98 550 with the delaminating A/C face plate. Does anyone know of a fix as yet, short of a factory replacement which as I remember was fairly expensive. Thanks for any input and sorry if I'm missing any obvious answers. 550bryan

    You can contact Robbie (285ferrari) - I was in contact with him on fitting a replacement version. I decided to postpone that outlay for a while, myself, it was a bit more expensive than I had expected and my A/C panel is not looking bad yet. But at least it is an alternative and permanent solution. Getting an original means you'll have the same problem some years later, and I'm told it is cheaper than an original as well.

    That is an older version of the 550 overlays. The newer ones fit inside the lip and have a bit cleaner look....Here is a pic of one I refinished awhile back with the newer overlays...
