Hi folks, I dropped an item below the left side air filter box on my 550. It seems to be hung up somewhere below the air box. I can't see it and it didn't come out the bottom. Any words of wisdom on removing the air box, or is it just a matter of lots of cuts, scrapes and cursed words? It looks like half the engine bay needs to come out to get the air box out. TIA

Magnet on a stick? For non-iron based pieces, I've used a vacuum cleaner with a small diameter plastic hose taped to the end of the vacuum hose. Just be careful it doesn't overheat your vacuum cleaner. Only works for things like small screws.
+1 Magnet reacher. In a pinch you could also wrap some sticky duct tape to the end of a hanger and “feel around”. Those are always great days. Good luck man, frustrating I get it.
