Morning, Whilst going somewhere I shouldn’t have been going with someone I shouldn’t have been with... the alternator decided to give up !! What are the odds of that ??!!!!!!! Recovered home and back in the garage. I have a lift so once the battery is fully charged I should have enough power to get it on and up in the air. How easy is it to remove ? I am guessing it lives low down on the drivers side (rhd car). I searched threads and there is a lot of information about model and rebuilding but I could find one on removal. Thanks Del
Yes right side low. You will need to remove bottom cover. They have a funny adjuster that needs undoing. Serpentine belt needs replacing too. Take it to a rebuild house. Don’t tell them it’s ferrari. Tell them it’s a denso marine. Or you could buy a cheap one on amazon like I did and swap the pulley. Others will hate on that but mine works fine.
