That Barchetta has changed price, website just isn't updated...I think.
It has close to 6k miles and 7 or 8 owners already which might explain the price difference. Any feedback on buying experience with Lux Motors?
Actually it has gone UP, not down...that's still nice mileage, and Ferrari owners tend to swap cars often, so I never sweat that part of the equation...I was close to a deal with them on a car, worked w Lance the owner. Good guy, I believe he has nice clean cars and it is honest and upfront.
Id make sure to address the dash surround discoloration. The Barchetta uses a material that was a predecessor to alcantara and it discolors easily. You can see it in their pictures. I'm sure it can be addressed. For these dollars I'd want the car to be just right.
my buddy just sold his for $190k. now he is down to just the 16m. for the record I told him to keep the 550b and sell the 16m. for the record... pcb
Here is the Domani Car. Asking $450k... 2001 Ferrari 550 Barchetta Deerfield Beach, Florida | Domani Motors
If you look at the thread that I started named" same car vastly different price" you will see that the car that this car is the same car that Mike Sheehan is asking $275,000.00 ( or about ) for. They have identical VIN numbers and are both labeled as car number 94. Seems a bit strange. look at both sites 2001 Ferrari 550 Barchetta Serial Number 124072 - history page 2001 Ferrari 550 Barchetta Deerfield Beach, Florida | Domani Motors
Yes. 30 k miles and missing one helmet to be accurate. Otherwise serviced and we'll enjoyed but clean.
Sold summer-before-last, though kinda sharp sans Barbie Hoops ... 2001 Ferrari 550 Barchetta - California
Was this car not pictured on F-Chat last year sometime? I have searched but cannot find it. Would there be any DOT (or in my case DVLA) issues with a car with a safety feature (the hoops) removed? It certainly, IMHO, looks much nicer in this form.

Wonder if that mousehair dash was original or added? Not on option lists, but lots of stuff on Maranellos was not on option lists.
It had suade material on the dash and under the seats, we replaced to alcantara for the same look. Due to the fading on the material I would be surprised if it was not original. Image Unavailable, Please Login
