    My 550 had a belt service about 5000 miles ago and it always is noisy when cold (belt noise) after about 5-10 minutes running it goes away. does anyone with a 550 experiance the same condition?

    i never had any form of belt noise ever in my 550.

    Yes, but you can get rid of the skeleton in your engine!

    Change your Idler bearing before you find yourself waiting for a flatbed somewhere.

    Are you sure its the belts and not the injectors? Regardless, I'd have it checked pronto.

    When cold it sounds like a serpentine belt with that sqeaky rubber sound so we'll pull the covers and have a look. Thanks
