In the UK it is recommended every 3 years. But i've heard that in the US its 5 years - is this true? Have also heard that the new kevlar belts mean that they will last much longer than 3 years - does anyone know if there is any truth in this? Also heard that 612 has a 5 year frequency and that its engine is essentially the same as the 550's? Mine is due a change based on '3 years', but I've only done 6000 so it seems crazy!?
