I have a broken fog light and a new fitting . Does anybody have any instructions for the process of removing and replacing the unit?

I discovered a busted fog light on my 550 yesterday. Is the replacement a relatively simple task or should I expect to take off the front bumper and cuss a lot?

I can’t get the link above to work.

Ferrari's lawyers shut down most of those types of sites.

I finally got the replacement fog light. After looking at it, I think I’m either going to have to remove the floor and go in through the bottom, or remove the grill and hope I have a triple jointed wrist.

For those of you with more 550 experience than I have, what’s the best route to go to get to the outermost mounting bolt/screw?

Not sure if I remember correctly, but I believe you do not need to open that bolt/screw, you open the others and pull the fog light towards the center of the car and it comes out together with the bracket, which you then remove and attach to the new fog light. I definitely did it by removing the grille and did not remove the undertray.

This is correct. Removing grille is enough and outermost mounting stays with it and can be moved to new unit.
