550 Maranello CLutch Bearing Noise

Hi I have a 550 Maranello Manual 2000 model that was sitting unused for about 3 months. Everything used to run fine but on starting her up today, it gave a high pitch screeching sound which is typical of power steering pumps.

After running it for about 10 minutes the noise went down and with engine running at 3500 rpm totally disappeared.

It comes back when idling and I think its the clutch bearing as it changes pitch when the pedal is pressed.

Has anyone here removed the clutch bearing and how much time are we looking at for a bearing to be swapped.
