550 Passenger side door latch problem?

    Hey guys, the passenger side door on the 550 won't easily shut-- you really have to slam it for it to catch, otherwise it just bounces back. I compared it to the driver's side door mechanism and it LOOKS identical; I don't see anything impeding the hook in the door. Anything I can do in the garage rather than have the dealer look at it in a few months?

    I had the same problem. All that was needed was a little grease or grafite.

    It now works well.
