I have a set of the modular Barchetta wheels on a 550 and when I purchased the car it had Michellin Pilot Sports on it with 255/40/ZR18 in the front and 295/35/ZR18 in the rear. I know what the manual says about pressure for the stock sizes, but does anyone have a recommendation for the alternate front tire size? I have to believe it should be in excess of 29 psi, but I thought it would be best to ask.

I have my 550 stored for the next 2 or 3 months depending on the weather. What is the best tire pressure to avoid flat spots on the tires? Is it OK to raise the pressure to 50 psi without damaging the tires?

The tires will have a maximum rated pressure on the sidewall that you can inflate them to. That said, 50PSI will not damage the tires, just do not drive the car with the tires at that high a pressure. The higher pressure will help avoid the flat spots.
