If I didnt miss my guess...And I rarely ever do....I'd say that good 'ol Allan found himself a new way/IP to post on FC (since the ban). DL
Why don't you guys see the specifications for yourself. The Maranello is not a whole lot faster but the driver must have been a terable driver to have lost to a 355. Even though the car doesn't look like the 355's and the 360's people still buy it because of the comford and so they can talk about it. Haaa it's a V12 hehehe and it's got more top speed then the rest. But in reality it's not that fast. I have driven one personaly I am not talking hear say.
575 a GT car old mans car 612 a 2+2 old mans car ?? What about the Enzo? What kind of age you think those Enzo owners have. Please don't tell me its only young people. Do you know Bob Rapp is was one of the first to receive his Enzo in the US. Take a look at the pictures, is he young? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Do you really think he stands a chance racing a 355 on the highway where there is traffic.
yellow / tan looks kind of weird. As for 550 - why does Ferrari, or any car maker, have to make all one kind of car? If Ferrair only made pure, exotic sports cars, I would think there was something wrong with that car maker. That said, I wouldn't complain about a more exotic addition to the lineup.

Please I am not Allan I hate Lambo's to me they all are Ferrari wanna be. I love Ferraris but it is not BS. what I am saying. 550/575 and the 612 is lacking alot.
Well, but if your point is that 550 is crap, then I don't think we do agree. I think the testarosa was great, and I don't see any problem with having a 2+2 and a 2 seater GT car, as long as there are some serious sports cars in the lineup too - a nimble V8 and a hardcore V12 that can compete with the Murci. The only problem is that if Ferrari made a mid-engine V12 a la TR, then even fewer people (probably) would buy the 575 and demand for the V8 (the only real attainable mid-engine car in the lineup) would certainly go down. So, Ferrari doesn't want to do this. I wouldn't mind a 4 car lineup, but it's not going to happen.
You must be crazy when did I say the 550 was crap. I'ts FERRARI but it's missing the Ferrari soul when you compare it to the 355. All I am saying is that they are not much faster in real life when it matters. Unless if you are in an open road the 550 is gonna be left behind. C'mon any idiot can drive in an open road just hit the gas pedal and wroom you go. I have a supercharged Z06 that will kill the 355 and the 550 but that means nothing. I think where the 355 shines is what matters the most. Get on the highway where there is a little traffic and open it. BYE BYE 550
Darth 550 any man who hates 355 must be out of their minds. Just for the record I do not hate the 550 at all. In fact if I had the extra cash I get one now for the long trip and things like that.
EXACTLY. Case closed. That's the whole point of it. There's a thread Alex Papas started today about using his 575 as a daily driver and how luxurious and comfortable it is. Nothing except an F50 beats the 355 in sound. It's a fun fun car. The 550/575 does what it was designed to do.
Ok, time for me to shut my computer down. My final word: They are obviously very different cars... and I think I'll take them both, thank you.
Oooh. He looks THRILLED to be taking delivery of an Enzo. Geez Bob, crack a smile for us little people! Also, 550 and 355 both have their strong aspects- 1. 355- mid engine, beautiful exhaust note 2. 550- rare, stealthy Both accelerate like a Ferrari, both handle like a Ferrari because both are Ferrari's. Given the choice between the two, I'd ponder it for days upon end... anyone would... regardless of age. That is an inappropriate corrolation, and only applies when you consider that older folks MAY have more money to spend on an F-Car... because 550's ARE more expensive than a 355 in ANY form. Nick
Well gents it's getting late I must log out for now. I'll check in, in the morning to see if anyone other then ZJPJ has admited to this fact.
