    Hi,
I Just bought a 2000, 550 Maranello with Fiorano Handling Package. I dont know if it is me not beeing sensityve enough, but I dont feel a difference if I have the setting in Sport mode or just Normal.
Any comments or experience on this?
Is it so that the FHP is so stiff that it should be like this?

Sure you're not just doing straight line stuff? Take that baby through some winding roads, I'm sure you'll notice then.

The FHP uses standard shocks with an updated ECU, if you look at the damping curves you will see there is very little change in compression damping, only rebound, between full hard and full soft, so effectively the suspension will feel less "floaty" and more controlled at speed in sport mode. The other major difference is the ASR intervention threshold.

The biggest difference is when the ASR cuts in. In sport, you can spin the tires and hang out the tail with ease.

I have a 2000 without the FHP suspension.
When I drove one with it I could not really feel any difference when driving them both very hard on country roads.
I always keep my car with sports mode on and the asr off. Personally I find the asr totally useless. When on and driving hard it cuts power in and out and will not let you control the car using the throttle.
I do not notice much difference between sports mode on and off though.
