In 1998, the 550 has secured the world records for the highest average speeds set over 100 miles, 100 kilometres and in one hour. As far as I know, between 1999 and 2000, some 30 commemorative "replicas", with the "fiorano package", were built. I'd really like to know which chassis-number these cars may have. Maybe some of you know or can find out, thank you.
prospero - you might check the archives for "WSR". there were a number of threads on these cars over the years, though if memory serves, exceptionally little data on them. 30 rings as high to my memory - i thought it was a small handful of cars - like 10 or maybe less. g/l with your research! doody.
