I lowered 550 plus others. I would just lower but reset to stock specs unless there is a reason not to for example to tune out some oversteer/understeer but that is really hard to do in any consistent way with worn out street tires and driving on the street and sometimes a passenger and sometimes a full trunk. If someone is lowering to do some auto-x or casual trackdays that is a whole other set of compromises that involve alignment and chassis rake at the very least.

Frank- The 575M workshop manual has the "racing set-up" for the European 575M FHP set-up that are lower than the US settings. These have been published in several places in the 456/550/575 forum. Suggest you read this thread
http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=245394&highlight=Assembly+Number backwards to learn many more things about your 575M.

Here are the racing style set-up numbers for the FHP suspension designed for the shorter and stiffer FHP springs. They will work for the standard springs as well, with some degradation in ride quality.
