575M has a coolant leak coming from somewhere under the intake manifold. Anyone ever have this problem?

Not personally but Scuderia ramparte sells a silicone hose kit that includes hoses that commonly leak including a couple under the plenum. I would start with those hoses.

And since you are going to pull the plenum probably a good idea to replace all those hoses.

The big hose that causes so many problems on the 550 was fixed on the 575M with a silicone hose, but only 3 of the 5 coolant hoses were replaced with silicone hose. On a 575M, cause is more likely one of the smaller hoses that go to the radiator fill tank or a loose hose clamp. If a Maranello, 550 or 575M, did not have regular coolant changes early in its life, those smaller hoses will tend to clog up and develop leaks. Unfortunately, you almost always have to remove the intake manifold to fix those kinds of problems.

Taz is right, exactly this was the problem at my 550 in 2011.
I replaced it with a silicone hose which you can get with a little search in the internet.
No much costs, only a nice weekend job.
