    It just screws in to the bottom lip of the bumper cover?

    Included in the kit are 6 counter sunk bolts with washers and Nylock nuts, and holes would be drilled into the underside of the bumper. But I have seen some people install them with self tapping screws straight into the bumper. It's the owner's choice. Let me know if you're interested.
