    This has no happened in my many years of ownership; but yesterday after a drive the drivers side head light had a significant amount of condensation. Any solutions. Car had not been washed recently nor was it raining.

    I had the same issue on my 550 several years ago. I took the headlights out and, gently lifting the gasket, applied sealant in the area between the crystal and the housing. I only did this around the inner corners of the headlights, as this is where I was seeing most of the condensation. The problem was cured and it has been fine ever since (keeping my fingers crossed here).
