    This note is to complement Dave and StickyRX for their work on my part.
    First it's far and few between doing business with someone like this, simply a pleasure. Dave left nothing to chance, never left me guessing on what was happening, and left no doubt that he takes great pride and interest in his work and me as a customer.
    StickyRX restored my HVAC panel (pic which doesn't do justice).
    My interior sticky was not bad but the switches were going and I can't stand things that aren't right. So out came the panel, and a delicate part it is. These pieces are not going to age well. Sent the part off to Dave. After sending the package I started to question myself as to whether I should have just ordered a new one. An expensive alternative but thought new might be better as these won't be available for much longer. What was received back from Dave assured me that the right decision had been made. I have purchased new parts from Ferrari in the past and they don't come new in the box in as good of condition as what Dave returned to me.
    He wanted to hear back when the package was received. I sent him a personal note of many thanks and tomorrow I'll be sending the A/C vents followed soon after with more parts. I've done business with the competition, and for me Dave has none.

    I sent some parts to Dave several months ago. At the same time by coincidence, my wife had taken a very expensive diamond ring to our jeweler in LA since a stone had become loose in the setting.

    As luck would have it, both the $50K ring and the parts arrived at my office via overnight service on the same day. Anybody care to guess which box was packed and wrapped with 100X more care and precision than the other!??!?!

    To call Dave fastidious and maniacal about every detail of his process would be a monumental understatement.

    I'm not the least bit surprised about how pleased you are Konadog!

    Rob, my good friend, it's guys like you and Bill above, with your appreciation that humbles me and makes doing what we do worth it.

    And, my team deserves much of the credit. While I currently do all the painting, my team handles the rest and they might even be more OCD than me :)

    Folks,

    Here is a video that Randy made of the laser work on the SuperAmerica Roof Control. Note - we would have preferred to remove the dial and remove the white indicator however we believe this to be something difficult to disassemble and the control is very expensive. That said, we decided to laser the indicator. :)
