Need more info. Did it stop blowing anything or just cold air. Is the compressor kicking in?

It was blowing cold and hot air when I tested the setting and it was great. Strong airflow and cold air for the low for the cold setting and the heater was blowing nice warm air when i tested that. Now literally ZERO air coming the vents even when driving no air coming through the vents. wether you put the dials on 0 1 2 3 or 4. auto setting nothing seems to get any airflowing through the vents.

yup I closed and opened them a few times just to make sure they are open. Also Like i was saying it was working perfectly, then I stopped a few minutes later got back in with no changes and all of a sudden no air. I pressed the stop button a few times to see if that would make a difference but nothing. SOOOOOOO frustrating

Have you checked the fuses in the passenger footwell?

I'm not sure which one controls the blower motor, but try F38 and F39 in section E.

Also make sure relay R15 is seated properly.

There doesn't seem to be any wiring diagrams available to the general public for the 575. The 575 is quite different from the 550, but the basic architecture of the aircon system may be the same (?).

Unfortunately, the part which stops the blower fan going is usually the Fan Control Unit which can be very hard to get to on these V12's. The same applies to the blower fan itself.

Anyway, also try the 456/550/575 sub-forum. Taz (@tazandjan) is the resident expert on 575's there.

You sure the OFF button is not depressed? Also, you might try cycling the system off and on with the left rotary dial a few times and see if she responds.

Disregard my earlier comments about those fuses in the passenger footwell. Further information has come to hand:

If you compare the 550 and 575 parts manual it's evident that they are very much alike:

    550:

Here's where the HVAC ECU and fan fuses are located for the 550:

Thanks again to AVIMAX for the photos.

Of course, it won't hurt to familiarise yourself with the location of the passenger footpad fuse panel ;)

I think its something to do with button as it wont stay illuminated (I know when its illuminated it supposed to stop the airflow) but it wont illuminate like the circulating air button so perhaps so seems to be connected to the button.

Quite possibly. I know of one other example of a faulty STOP button (on a 355) problems on other Ferrari's. Unfortunately, the fix involved replacing the circuit board inside the control panel. A second hand board was used. It might be difficult to find just a switch.

Note that, depending on car, the STOP button can illuminate in the active position or the inactive position... but it has to illuminate in some position.

You can see the switch in the photo below in the bottom left hand corner, labelled "SW2".

It's a 355 panel, but the operation is the same.

There have been cases of burnt components on these panels, but I don't know if they have resulted in no STOP button operation.
