575M Overspeed Buzzer

I have a 2003 575M out in Qatar that I purchased recently. Everything is fine with the entire car, except for an annoying buzzer that goes off at 120+kph in the cabin. Most cars out in the Middle East have this ‘feature’, but usually just beep/ bong once or twice then shut up at 120kph (or have something in the setup to do once rather than continuous).

This is a very annoying rapid beeping. I have tried to look for the relay that does this beeping (to remove) but cannot find it nor does any search on the subject find anything. Has anyone else had this issue that has come up with a solution to stop or reduce the buzzer? Thanks.
