    Yeah. Basically a 3/4 restored car that now needs a full restoration. Would be much smarter to buy a great example to start with. If you want a restoration project, you would probably be financially better off starting with a "worse" car. The only upside to restoring this particular car would be that you would be working with much less dirty, grimy, greasy, and rusty parts compared to the typical British basket case car. Which, the more I think about it, is probably worth a couple of thousand dollars for what it would save you in headache, misery, and time at the sandblasting cabinet! :)
