I am sure someone here will have the answer to my question, Which bbs wheel is closest to the GTO wheel ? and which tryes would you recomend for road use , and has someone got a supplier thats competitive on pricing, Ive got a price on OEM GTO`s which is a fair price, but its still a lot, and I may want an extra set for club/track days, thanks for reading, and any thoughts welcomed

They are not. The BBS FI 20" Ferrari rim is 10.75" wide rear and 8.75" wide front. The GTO rims are 11,5" and 9,5". The offset for the FI rims is also completely different. It's a custom rim made for Ferrari and my guess is, that the original thin spoke GTO rim is closer to the new FI-R or RI-D, than the FI. The weight of the FI-R is quite astonishing.

HRE P101. They build custom sizes/offsets so you can go quite a bit wider all the way around.

Here is a gallery with the S101, same face but multi-piece: Wheels Boutique ? Ferrari

    Pentagrams forever!! :D
Actually I had those specific HREs in mind before I bought this car, then the Pentagrams grew on me.
Very curious how it'll look lowered with proper spacers. Will be taking it to the shop in a few weeks when I have time to play with it :)

I ran 11mm Hill spacers on my 360 frt and rr w stock wheels and height. tires caught the fenders, even w mild fender roll. be sure to roll em. btw, spacers helped the look but not enough, you'll be buying those HREs very shortly...!

This is the look I'll be very happy with. A member here was gracious enough to send me that pic to help me decide what to do. His setup has HGTE springs, lowered and 20mm spacers. I'll be keeping the stock springs and will keep it a touch higher in front because of speed bumps in my neighborhood :(

I forgot to mention in my previous post that I had the wheels made in GTO sizes and ran Michelin Super Sports in GTO sizes on them.

Nice. How much did you lower your car?

I didn't - it was at stock (non HGTE) ride height.

Might be because of uneven pavement but the car looks a good bit lower than stock.

turns out BBS dont make a Fl wheel to fit 599, i rang them just to confirm, they make a 20 with 5 x114.3 but the et is for 458 only , no 599 fitment !! poos!!!

Ask them about the FI-R and RI-D. As I said earlier, my guess is that they are actually more like the GTO wheel than the FI.

Sorry to bump an old topic but will 599 GTO wheels fit on a normal 599 GTB? I have the option to buy a set and would love to have them on my 599.
