    Afternoon all,

has anyone experienced this? 2007 599 GTB, runs ok when cold. When hot, the engine can be kept running if the throttle is held on above 1000 rpm - once its released, the engine dies. No errors stored (Leonardo). All measured values seem ok. Fuel level good. Battery good, using a battery manager in diagnostic mode. Throttle adaptions done. Very bizarre behaviour that is giving no clues to the issue! Any advice out there would be great.

    Thanks, Chris.

Although I have no experience with this model, this type of problem is quite often related to a temperature or air flow sensor for the fuel injection system. This assumes the fuel pump is providing the required pressure.

Something simple to try is the torque the intake manifold to the correct (very low) values. These fasteners have a habit of loosening with a concurrent loss of vacuum when warm.
