Does anyone have pix from the side or rear of the PUMA sponsored 599 that was at Cavallino this year?

Probably because they are the official clothing suppliers to the F1 team.

Word at Cavallino and Moroso was that it was owned by some corporate guy at Puma, and that he got to write off the car as a business expense (because it has his company's logo on it) on his taxes.

Makes total sense; only US Corporate environment can have ludicrous things like these. getting the whole thing write off.... what a joke.

Its like US colleagues that work on the same job as me... they do nothing and get all kinds of BS benefits like flying their relatives in on B-class at the company's cost and staying at Four Seasons..

He would have to own the company, or the company would have to own the car. The former makes it unlikely, I do not think he is the company owner, and the latter would mean no tax benefit for him. Nice rumor, only way he could have financially benefited if it is his car, and is most likely if he does own it, would be for Puma to have paid him for the advertising on the car, and he would have to pay taxes on those earnings.
