have anyone happen this before??? try to calibrate with switch on the key and press the tire calibration button than start the car that still come out with the tire warning light....
When tracking my previous 07 599 I would occasionally reduce tire pressures when the track was especially warm during the dog days of summer. A couple of times this managed to set off the tire warniing light. I would then manually check the tire pressure and reinflate to the proper PSI and re- calibrate the TPMS before driving it home and the warning light would disappear. If that failed....... I would have to take the car to the dealer and have them clear the fault.
You can check and see if it is a TPMS sensor by temporarily raising the tire pressures by 5 psi and then seeing if the system will calibrate for you after driving for 20 minutes or so. The extra pressure helps the sensor get a reading with what little battery juice it has left. If it does calibrate, it is just sensors. If not, it may still be just sensors, but the dealer can put an SD3 on it and then tell you if the batteries are dead.
