When I first saw the pics I thought 599 with two tone roof. Slight differences but nothing exciting. Apparently you have to see it next to a GTB to appreciate the difference...
Looks awesome to me, differences to the standard 599 are aasy to spot, much more aggressive looking car....
No...in these shots its brutal, aggressive and down right nasty looking, ie, just what it should be. I'm told it looks even more so in person.

Oooh yeah ... differences to the standard 599 are numerous. In the flesh you are looking at an aggressive looking car. It has quite a presence. Seeing it ... sitting in it ... everything just felt right. Soundtrack is soooo good and if it drives the way they tell you in the presentation it will be a fun machine
As always with Korea, everything's a little bit late. Father just placed an order for one in our small country which Ferrari ignores I have been given the honour of speccing it. What a privilege!
Korea is part of the Asia Pacific market group which Ferrari hardly ignores having put 2 of the best people in the company in charge of recently. Get to to know the people in Asia Pacific office and you feel extremely well looked after
My Father and I got to know some at the intro Pilota course in Japan and hopefully will get to know more when doing further courses and establishing better relationships. FMK (the only dealer) has only been around for several years. The dealer before that, Kuz, was, I believe, not official. However, they did have the most incredible car dealership I have ever seen in my life. Multiple story pristine glass building with a central lift and individual rooms for supercars. Describing it as a museum would be more apt. I remember my first visit there I was 18/19 back around '05/'06. Several MC12's, Enzo's and a FXX. My jaw was on the floor as I had only ever seen these cars in pictures beforehand. Sadly, I believe the owner is now in prison. There is pretty much at least one of every car you can think of here in Korea. It's pretty amazing as 10-15 years ago seeing a Porsche would be the equivalent of seeing a real supercar (not an exotic) in any major metropolis. Unfortunately, most of these cars are bought as collectibles by the families of the big conglomerates and as such, general ownership of Ferrari, if one can say such a thing, is extremely limited. I believe you posted that there were around 100 599's in HK? The greater Seoul Metropolitan area is around the second largest in the world and I would be surprised if there were more than 20 GTB's sold through the new dealership; I will ask though. I don't know how it is in other Asian countries but in the countryside where the really good roads are at it kind be rather difficult to find premium gas, hindering attempts at nice drives. There is also occasionally funky homologation legislation which meant that the Scud was only allowed to be imported for a short time and the 16M not allowed at all. Again unfortunately, motor sports are not as big a part of the culture here as many other countries leading to some Ferrari owners buying them for the sake of status. I pray this will change and hope the F1 helps greatly to that effect. But things are better than times gone by, so at least we are moving uphill! About time I introduced myself as well - the name is Willis. Congratulations to all those who are purchasing a GTO!
I find that hard to believe! Is the car tax in Hong Kong still high? I lived there 15 years ago and I remember paying an obscene amount of money to Italian Motors for a black 328GTB I drove back then!
Yes I am afraid. Still about 100%. It is painful but I feel better when I look at my income tax return
