Set up would be straight pipes, no primary cats? No secondary cats?

 

So will this bolt onto the OEM primary cats? Do you know if these fit RHD as well as LHD?

Correct if I'm wrong, but it looks like what you're offering would replace the parts circled below in red, and bolt onto the existing primary cats circled in green?

Ah, I'm being dumb - I was getting confused between the first and second photos, but I see that you are also selling the cat bypass pipes too.

Hopefully a less dumb question, but what are these holes for? They don't seem to be present on the cats or the bypass pipes shown on Fabio's website.

Ah, looks like we responded at the same time. Good to know that the fabio manifolds and their extension tubes do not just join onto the primary cats*. My preference would be to stay legal in the UK, were the emissions test is done with a hot engine hence you can normally pass the test easily with the secondary cats removed. So I would need something to connect between the manifold extension pipes and the primary cats.

Definitely giving this some serous thought...



*Aside - this is something that people seem to get mixed up on all the time, but technically the primary cats are the ones that come further to the back of the car. The idea is that these have a larger surface area so do the bulk of the work, whereas the small ones in the manifolds are technically the secondary cats. I guess everyone confuses them as the secondary cats actually come first in the system.

 

As Gezen already pointed out, you will need to buy the cats from Fabio that attach directly behind these headers like the GTO. These race pipes are straight through to the mufflers and if you're not racing, in my opinion, they are WAY too loud for street use. Fabio's headers with his cats, into straight pipes, into the mufflers is the way to go. It can be Fabio's mufflers, OEM, or Tubi, it really doesn't make that much difference at that point.
