    That's good to hear. I don't think too many GTO owners would appreciate hearing that a GTO Alonso Edition was in the works. Hopefully it will be based on the HGTE.

    Anyway, an Alonso Edition is definitely better than a Versace Edition IMO ;)

    I don't really 'care' about it as such, I'm just saying that they could maybe come up with something a little more inventive than the Alonso edition, purely because it makes no sense whatsoever.

    Alonso still isn't that well liked by Tifosi either. If I'll ever get one I'll cross out Alonso with a permanent marker and write Schumacher ;).

    Everybody is forgetting about the Schumacher edition bicolore 456's and the mythical "Schumacher Enzos" w/ painted diffusers..etc ... I agree w/ most here MS should have been honored in some way more fitting

    Honestly, I won't be surprized to see a new car with even up to 800bhp from Maranello soon since their flagship V12 powerhouse could reach that target obviously ;)

    My source also said he is not a liar too. Not very sure which car he really meant to anyway. Gotta wait and see...

    Just was at my dealer and he confirmed they will get one alonzo 599. They will not have the new transmission and will be based on the 2011 599 body etc.
