599 Navigation Problem

Can anyone help out with my 07 599 Nav. system?. I have tried everything including some tips from the dealer but still cannot get it to bring up the USA country code in it....Car is in hibernation and when I get the yearly done they told me they would look into it more..
I have a US CD and US memory card but the only thing that comes up are European countries! I have reset the system to dealer prep. and went from zero but still cannot get the USA or North America to come up.....I can change the language (was told to try that) and change it back but still cant get USA. I even have some special instructions to reset the system but nothing works. I guess my Ferrari wants back to Italy as the last choice I have on my choice of countries is the Vatican,lol..
If anyone can recommend something to try I would appreciate it or I will wait until it goes to the dealer this Spring.
