    Not sure of the color, possibly Vinaccia Claret, w/Challenge wheels. Certainly one of, if not the, most spectacular 599's I ever seen. Does it belong to anyone on F-chat? If so, can you confirm the color please.

    I saw a dark purplish one there yesterday with Challenge wheels

    That was the car. Can anyone confirm the color?

    BTW Webby, I'm pretty sure you were taking pictures while I was there. Black SL 55 across the street from the 599.

    That's a fantastic color! I hope that thing stays in the area. As for the color, hmm, I'd have to guess Vinaccia. Although, it looks a little lighter than Vinaccia but it's hard to tell from the picture. That seems to be the only color it could be. Rosso Mugello is the 2nd closest color and it's too dark to be that. Custom color is a possibility too...

    Then it was you. Pretty entertaining that two Ferrari fans were there at the same time. I'm not surprised you didn't notice my car with the 599 there. Right after I left I was headed west on Chicago Avenue and coming East was an LP 640 Roadster Black on Black, which I see you got pictures of also. I guess it was the day to be out and about.

    BTW, great pictures.

    Unfortunately it does.

    And the placement of the Scuderia Shields ruins the overall look of the car!

    I didn't take it as a slight. I had on a blue windbreaker and sweatshirt, didn't stand out at all. You may have heard me start up however. She's not quite stock, 675-700 bhp. @ the crank. Fun ride.

    I think it must take a huge leap of faith to be out buying Lamborghini dealerships right now. They also bought Lamboghini Denver a few months ago.

    When did Ogden take over? I have noticed that the Gold Coast employees are a lot more friendly and allow even little kids to come in and take pictures and touch the cars. Definitely a big change from a couple years ago

    I remember seeing that in another thread :) cars, music, and photography, I think we'll get along really well when we meet at some Chicago event

    Who is Ogden? What other dealerships do they have? The world is changing alot with Lambo dealerships, it seems half of them are either gone or under different ownership from April 2008.
