What does the manufacturer of the spoiler recommend? Cant really tell just from that angle, but it looks like there should be a reasonable surface area to bond onto. I've seen plenty of spoilers like this attached with mastic- I actually have an old MR2 with a spoiler thats bonded on, and I can promise that an attempt to remove it would result in the paint tearing off. Its going nowhere. It really does depend on the type/design of the spoiler though.
