    Hi guys would someone be so kind as to guide me on steering wheel removal on my 599gtb. i am looking to have the wheel repainted from red leather to black, and need to remove it obviously to give to the connoliser.
    Also if i disconnect the battery at the beginning of the removal process will this protect from the air bag warning light coming on?
    All help greatly appreciated.

    PS.. it has rev LEDs.
