599 stereo door fix help

So we just purchased a 599 and the carbon door that covers the head unit won't stay down, I have seen this is a common problem with the 599's. I am trying to fix it on my own and have no clue how you gain access to the one screw by the steering wheel. I have removed the 5 screws in red and not sure how to get at the one in green any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Unfortunately they just salted the roads and I am not feeling like getting my truck and trailer out so it may have to wait till the spring. I am going to work on it more today and if I find a solution I will report back.
