    Is this for an allocation, or an actual car? I haven't seen any US VINs for any GTOs yet.

    I know of one GTO with a start build date beginning in July of last month. Its the first allocation from one dealer to its first customer. I do not have a VIN as it is not mine. I currently have an Oct. 10th. build date with only a factory order number. But I'll be happy to pass mine along when I get one.

    Mine says Sept 14 on the factory build sheet. Not sure if there is Vin attached but I'll look...I'd also heard there were a couple US cars scheduled to be built in July. Obviously, none will be in Aug.

    But, from Sept through year end, understand there'll be a bunch produced for US customers...

    Excitement is about to hit this side of the pond :)
